Description
Villa Paradise is situated directly in the tourist area of Chloracas, only 5 driving minutes from Paphos. Shops, restaurants and hotels are close by, but still the house is set into an olive grove and enjoys good privacy.
On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a dining area with 8 chairs.
The living area is well furnished with comfortable settees, a coffee table and for your entertainment you will find SAT-TV (limited channels), DVD and Wifi internet. As well you will find one double bedroom and a small shower room on this level. On the upper floor are 3 further bedrooms located, the master bedroom features a double bed with en-suite facilities and access to a furnished balcony from where you can enjoy a nice sea view. Furthermore there is a communal bathroom with washing machine on this level.
Outside there is the private pool surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a shady veranda with garden furniture and a built-in BBQ. The plot is very private, everything is well grown in with mature trees and bushes.
The seafront is just 300 m, what is mainly rocky with small bays for swimming. Along the sea front you will find a nice path, what invites for long walks along the coast. The next sandy/pebbly Beach is Helios Bay, about 700 m from the villa. Coral Bay is just 6 km and nearby there is a bus connecting Paphos and Coral Bay about every 30 minutes. There are some taverns and cafes nearby in walking distance, therefore the villa is ideal if you do not like to rent a car.
