This house is located within walking distance to the village of Qala, in the east of the island of Gozo, where you will also find some cafes and restaurants. Gozos Ferry Port is a 5-minute drive away and the beaches on the north coast are a 10-minute drive.
On the ground floor you find the living and dining area and the kitchen. The house is beautifully built in a traditional style with new and old sandstone walls and arches. The living area has a comfortable sofa with coffee table and a TV with DVD and internet. The dining area can accommodate up to 8 people and a cast-iron stove also makes the house comfortable for a bit cooler days. Verandas provide a view of the pool area. A staircase leads down into the kitchen what is also equipped with a dishwasher. Here was modern and rustic perfectly connected and.
An outside staircase and also an internal spiral staircase lead to the first floor. Here you will find 3 charming, air-conditioned bedrooms each with private bathroom. On the second floor is the 4th bedroom, also this again with air conditioning and private bathroom. This also has a large terrace with a beautiful view over the countryside to the sea.
In the basement is also a Jacuzzi.
Outside is the private pool, surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. There are also garden furniture and a barbecue.
