Seafront Villa Aprhoditi is part of a complex with 5 villas, the garden of the house is next villa Afrogeneia, just in front of the coast and with beautiful sea views. Both villas are equally built and furnished.
The two villas were renovated in 2014 and offer on the ground floor an open plan living / dining area with modern kitchen. The lounge consists of comfortable leather sofas with coffee table international TV via Internet, DVD and Wifi Internet. For the cold season there is a fireplace as well. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, is in modern dark colors and with a high-quality countertop, and features a dishwasher and washing machine as well. The master bedroom with private bath and Jacuzzi is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the garden. A staircase leads up to the first floor where there are two further bedrooms, both rooms come with a private, high-quality bath and access to a balcony with sea view.
Through French doors on the ground floor you reach the private garden and pool area. Here is a barbecue area with a kitchenette and a dining table with 6 chairs. The pool has a size of 9 x 4.5 m, and is for your sole use. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. In front is a lawn area and a planted garden with palm trees and access to the sea. The coast in front of the villa is rocky, the small Vardas Bay and the Sandy Beach are just a few hundred meters away.
Kissonerga is a small community near the coast. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance, Coral Bay is just 5 driving minutes away and also reachable by bus, what is running regularly along the coastal road between Coral Bay and Paphos.
