Apartment Alice is located on the 3rd floor of a modern complex overlooking the sea in Protaras. The complex features a large, communal pool with children's pool, a freely available tennis court and for extra charge a gym and a wellness area (only April-November).
The apartment has a pretty double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The living area is nicely furnished and offers a comfortable sofa, TV and DVD. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers a dishwasher, washing machine and a dining area for up to 4 people. Wide patio doors in the bedroom and in the living area provide a fantastic, direct sea view. The living area has access to a glass fenced balcony, where you can also find a small table with chairs. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the price. Extra person on request.
The location is very good, the complex is located on the seafront, a beach is about 200 meters away. The center of Protaras is just 900 meters away, here you will find a large selection of restaurants, bars and shops.
