Ayia Thekla holiday villa Sunny is located in a charming complex on the seafront. It enjoys a wonderful sea view and also a beach is only 100 meters away.
On the ground floor the open plan living / dining area with kitchen. The living area is equipped with high quality dark leather sofas and coffee table, TV with DVD and Wifi Internet. Even the dining area is kept dark and has 6 chairs. The high-quality kitchen is well equipped and has, among other things also a washing machine. One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor, and there is also a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads up to the first floor. Here are two more bedrooms and a full bath. One of the bedrooms is furnished with two single beds, the other with a double bed, this also has access to a large balcony with beautiful sea view.
From the ground floor open patio doors to the pool area. Already from the inside you can enjoy the beautiful sea view. There is a covered terrace with garden furniture and a large pool of 10 x 5 m, surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds. Pool heating is available for EUR 45 per day.
Ayia Thekla is a quiet residential area and only a 5-minute drive from bustling Ayia Napa. Here you will find a wide selection of shops and restaurants. The small Leopetri harbor is just 3 km west of the house, here are some nice, traditional taverns.
