The villa Owls Watch is situated in the hills of Peyia, overlooking a part of Peyia and Coral Bay, offering beautiful sea views. Even though it is part of a complex it is very quiet and private.
The villa is traditionally built from lime stone and in the combination with wooden beams it gives a beautiful, traditional, rustic character. The garden is well grown in and beautifully landscaped with palm trees and flowering bushes.
From the entrance you enter the large open plan living area with settees and armchair, a SAT-TV with DVD and CD. A cast iron oven promises even in cold days a nice and comfortable stay. The modern and well equipped kitchen offers all necessary appliances and the dining area seats 6 persons. Through wide veranda doors you have a beautiful view into the garden, the pool area and the sea.
Two of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. Both are nicely furnishes, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and each with an own bathroom. From the passage to the bedroom you can enter the laundry room with access to outside.
On the upper floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and own bath. From here you can access a large partly furnished veranda. It is very private and offers beautiful country and sea views.
The villa offers air-conditioning throughout what is included in the price, additionally there is free Wifi internet.
Outside you can find the privat pool, with beach like entrance and azure blue water. On the terrace are outside dining furniture and around the pool sun loungers and umbrellas. A gas BBQ promises hassle free outside dining.
The village centre of Peyia is about 1 km from the villa, here you will find a number of taverns and shops. Coral Bay with its nice sandy beach and a big choice of taverns, cafes and bars is just 5 km away.
