Andri Beach Villa is located at Chania’s south coast. The area is still very quiet and traditional, and there are beautiful, uncrowded beaches.
This Crete holiday villa belongs to a complex with 3 houses and is just 150 meters from a beautiful beach and a tavern away. A staircase leads up to the entrance and into the living room with sofas, coffee table, satellite TV, DVD and Wifi Internet. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dining table with 6 chairs. At this level there is also a bathroom with washing machine. A staircase leads up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other twin beds. There is also a separate bathroom and a furnished balcony with beautiful sea view. The house is nicely furnished and provides air conditioning in every room, which is included in the price.
From the ground floor there is access to a covered porch. This is furnished with garden furniture. The private pool has a size of 9 x 4 m and is 1.60 m deep and surrounded by a lawn with sun loungers and parasols and has a fantastic sea view.
The house is ideal for a quiet holiday at the sea. Right at the beach there is a nice tavern and a small supermarket is just 300 meters away. The village Frangokastello is about 2 km away.
