Holiday villas Myrthe are located near the village of Spili, just outside the small village for Agia Pelagia.
The villas have a unique, contemporary construction. The modern villas have been brought in perfect harmony with the rural environment. Situated on a hillside they enjoy fantastic views over the valleys and mountains. On the ground floor you will find the open plan living / dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The modern, open plan living area is dominated by cozy sofas and armchairs, furthermore there are satellite TV, DVD, Wifi internet and a fireplace for cooler days. The dining area can accommodate 5 people. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom. Upstairs are the two bedrooms located, on is furnished with a double bed and the other one with twin beds, both are well equipped and nicely decorated and have access to a large furnished veranda with a beautiful view of the mountains. As well, there is another bathroom on this level. Living area and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the price.
Outside you will find a covered veranda with garden furniture and a private pool of 25 square meters with sun loungers and parasols. In addition, there is a built-in barbecue. The villas and garden are designed to ensure the best possible privacy.
Agia Pelagia is about 1 km away, where you can find also a small convenience store. The beautiful village of Spili with its good number of taverns and shops is approximately 5 km away, a beautiful beach can be found in Plakias, 18 km away.
The location of the houses is ideal for nature lovers and hikers who prefer the traditional villages.
