Phaestias villas are located just 2 km from the longest sandy beach of southern Crete away, offering scenic views of the nearby sea and proximity to the traditional village of Kamilari with its archaeological finds.
The 5 villas are situated on the hillside and offer a fantastic view of the nearby sea. Each house has its own, quite large and beautiful mature garden with pool. The exterior and layout of the houses is identical. The entrance leads you to the upper floor where the living room with traditional-style fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and WI-FI internet, kitchen with dining area and bathroom is situated. From the upper floor is an internal stairs case goes down to the pool level, here you will find the bedrooms. Both rooms are very well equipped and nicely decorated, they share a bathroom and both have access to the terrace and pool. Situated on a hillside all the houses have a view to the sea. Each house has a large garden of 800 sq m, a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, which is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. On the terrace there are also garden furniture and barbecue.
The area is ideal for guests who do not like crowded place and beaches and like to enjoy the traditional Crete. Nearby are the archaeological sites such as Faistos, Gortys, Agia Triada, Matalla and Komo. In addition, you will find small villages, what celebrate traditional festivals during the summer months. Within walking distance are a few cafes and taverns and shops.
