Villa Ifigenia is located in the pretty village of Almyrida near Chania and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located right next to villa Calypso and would be ideal for families traveling together. The house is only 800m from the beach and from the center of Almyrida. Here you will find some taverns, restaurants, bars and shops. The city of Chania with its beautiful old port is only about 30 km away.

The house is built on two levels and on the ground floor is the open plan living / dining area with kitchen. The living area is rustically furnished with a traditional sofa, chairs and coffee table, also TV, DVD and Wifi Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher and there is a dining table with 6 chairs. The ground floor has one bedroom, it is equipped with a double bed and there is a bathroom. A staircase leads up to the first floor, here are two more bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a separate bathroom. From the bedrooms in the upper floor there is access to a large furnished veranda with wonderful views over Almyrida Bay. Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms is included in the price.

The house has its own garden with swimming pool (5 x 8 m). The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and garden furniture, and a barbecue for nice barbecue evenings.
