Description

Villa Iris is just next to the Villa Avra, right on the beautiful beach of Rethymnon and within walking distance of restaurants. This modern holiday home is high quality and very tastefully decorated and can accommodate up to 10 people.

On the ground floor the open plan living / dining area with kitchen. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, with microwave and dishwasher. The living area is elegantly furnished with a bright, comfortable sofa, a large TV with DVD, SAT and WI-FI internet. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and private bathroom and one with double bed and a separate bathroom. The living area has a beautiful view over the pool and the sea and has also access to the covered terrace with quality garden furniture.

Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, two with double bed and one with twin beds. One has another TV and a private bathroom, and there is another separate bathroom with Jacuzzi and washing machine. Upstairs there is also a pretty, furnished balcony with beautiful sea view. All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the price.

Outside there is a private pool of 4x8 m and a small lawn area. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and parasols, and for the evening barbecue pleasure is a built barbecue.

A car is not necessary, a good number of restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The long beach promenade stretches over a few kilometers along the coast to the center of Rethymnon.

Arrivals and departures only on Tuesdays !! We recommend early booking!
