Villa Erofili is a beautiful and modern house in the village Asteri, about 14 km east of Rethymnon. It is very private situated, surrounded by olive groves and offers a beautiful view over the country and the sea.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. From the entrance you enter the open living / dining area, with comfortable sofas and satellite TV (limited channels), DVD und Wifi internet. For colder days, there is also an open fireplace. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, also with a dishwasher. The ground floor has one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. A staircase leads up to the upper floor, where to find 3 more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi. The other two bedrooms have each two single beds and share a bathroom. Each bedroom is well furnished and equipped, has a balcony with sea and country view and all are equipped with air conditioning (included). The house also has a roof terrace of 30 sqm, from where you can enjoy the fantastic views.
Outside is a large garden with a private pool of 41 sqm, there is a demarcated area for children and Jacuzzi. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The village of Asteri is just 300 meters away, the beach at Sfakaki can be reached in just 2.5 km away, where there are also some shops and taverns.
