beautiful villa in a rural and very secluded location
Villa Eleana is located on the outskirts of the village Agouseliana. It stands on a 4000 square meters large, private land surrounded by beautiful countryside with a pretty view of the mountains. The village has a couple of tavernas and a minimarket to offer, but Plakias, in the south of the island is only about 12 km away, where you will find several taverns and shops and a nice beach.
This holiday villa has a size of about 150 square meters and can accommodate up to 9 people. There are three bedrooms on the groundfloor and a sleeping gallery on the upper floor with 3 single beds and 4 bathrooms. The open living room with satellite TV and stereo also offers a fireplace for colder days. The kitchen is well equipped and from here leads to the separate dining room overlooking the pool.
The pool has a size of 40 square meters and on the terrace there are sun loungers and parasols, also garden furniture and barbecue. From here you can enjoy a most wonderful view over the mountains.
The village is located between Rethymnon and Plakias Agouseliana. The lively village Rethymnon is about 25 km away, trips to the varied inland on offer.
