Holiday Villa Amy is on the edge of the village of Episkopi, just 15 km from Rethymnon and maybe 1km from the longest sandy beach in Crete. Its location offers a fantastic view of the land and the sea.

This holiday home is very generous, well furnished and equipped. On the ground floor is the open living / dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room features a fireplace, TV, DVD and Wifi internet. A central heating makes the house ideal for winter time. The ground floor has one bedroom and one bathroom, the other 3 bedrooms are upstairs and share a bathroom.

On the private, 6000 sqm garden is a swimming pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers, parasols and garden furniture, surrounded by a beautiful mature garden with olive trees.

From here several day trips like to the nearby Lake Kournas and the sources of Argyroupolis, a beautiful green and cool area with some cafes and restaurants, are on offer. The house is situated between Chania and Rethymnon, trips to both places not to be missed.
