Description
The Villa Asimena is a beautiful, modern villa on the outskirts of Agia Triada, about 10 km from Rethymnon and just 5 km away from the sandy beaches of Platanes. It offers excellent views over land and sea.
The house is built on 3 levels. The entrance is on the pool level, here you will find the spacious living area with dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, also with dishwasher and washing machine and there is a dining area with beautiful views over the land to the sea. The living area is equipped with light leather sofas and offers TV, DVD and Wifi internet and an open fireplace. Wide patio doors open to the pool area. On this level is also one twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom located. A staircase leads up to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a balcony. There is another bedroom with double bed and one with twin beds. All bedrooms are nicely decorated and furnished and offer each an en-suite bathroom. A staircase from the living area leads down to the ground floor, here you will find another bedroom with bathroom.
Outside is the pretty pool area with sun loungers and parasols, also garden furniture and BBQ. The pool has a size of 7x5 m and an integrated Jacuzzi. The garden is very pretty with mature trees and bushes and offering a fantastic sea view.
