Description

Villa Koshinas is a luxurious and spacious house on a very private lot, in a majestic setting on a hill, with a fantastic all-round view. The house has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people.

A long driveway leads up to the house, the property is surrounded by fruit trees and the garden is beautifully landscaped. From the entrance you enter the spacious living area. You will be greeted by several sofa sets with coffee tables. One area has a fireplace and a television with TV, DVD and CD and Wifi internet. Further back there is an open plan kitchen. This is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, a large fridge / freezer and with all necessary small appliances. From the kitchen there is access to a covered terrace which is furnished with a large dining table and chairs. Inside a corridor leads to the bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a double bed room with private bathroom and one with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. Both have access to the rear terrace with views of the beautiful mountains. In addition, there is a TV and games room and a separate guest toilet.

A wide staircase leads to the upper floor. Here the generous master bedroom with private bath and access is to a balcony. Another bedroom with two single beds and shower room has access to a balcony with beautiful sea view.

A staircase leads down to the basement, where you will find the fifth bedroom, this also has an own shower room. There is also a games room at this level with pool table and table tennis, also a gym and sauna.

The pool is accessed via the living area. The private pool has a size of about 15 x 7 m with a shallow, beach-like entry. There are spacious terraces which are equipped with sun loungers and parasols. There is also a built-in barbecue and further covered and furnished terraces. From the pool area you have a wonderful view over the countryside and the sea and here you can enjoy the quiet to the fullest.

The house is situated outside of the village Argaka. The nearest restaurant is about 2.5 km away and the beach 3 km. Car hire is essential.
