Elada villas are situated at the outskirts of the village of Kissonerga, between Paphos und Coral Bay. They have a slightly elevated position and enjoy fantastic sea views.
Villa no. 1 offers 3 bedrooms and is comfortably furnished. On the ground floor is the open plan living area, furnished with nice and bright leather sofas with coffee table. There is SAT-TV, DVD, CD und Playstation 2 (please bring your own games) for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped for every day cooking; here you find a washing machine and a dishwasher as well. One of the bedrooms with two single beds and one bath room are on this level. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds, both with en-suite bathroom und access to a balcony with beautiful sea views. All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air-conditioning for cooling and heating. Each villa has its own private grounds with a pool of 8 x 4 m. The garden is well grown in with flowering bushes and trees and gives a lot of privacy around the pool area, where you find sun loungers and umbrellas. A covered veranda with garden furniture and a built-in BBQ will round off a wonderful holiday.
The location of the villa is very good, you can easily reach the village centre, shops, restaurants and a little bay by food. As there is a nearby bus stop as well, a car is not essential for this villa.
