This newly built 3 bedroom villa is situated only 3,5 km in the north of Victoria und offers a beautiful view over the countryside and the sea. The villa is very well equipped and furnished. On the ground floor is the modern kitchen with dishwasher and a dining area for 6 persons. It is invitingly bright with rustic beam at the ceiling and wonderful lime stone walls. The living area is well furnished with comfortable sofas, coffee table and offers an open fireplace, Playstation, stereo, a large LCD TV and internet. Wide veranda doors grant a view to the pool area and to the countryside. A stone staircase goes up to the first floor where the 3 bedrooms are located. One is furnished with a double bed, the others with 2 single beds, each with en-suite bathroom and access to a balcony. All rooms are air-conditioned what is included in the price.
Outside is the private pool area with sunbeds and umbrellas. For a nice night outside dining there is a gas BBQ and outside dining furniture.
There is a communal gym and sauna, what is shared between the 4 villas in the complex.
The villa is about 1,3 km from the village centre of Ghasri and 1,5 km from Gharb, where you can find a few restaurants und shops. Xwejni Bay, near Marsalforn, is about 5 km, Victoria with a large selection of restaurants and shops about 3,5 km from the villa.
