Description
Villa Lassa is situated in a small complex near to Latchi harbor. The next beach and tavern are only 300 m, therefore car rental is not essential.
The bungalow is superbly furnished and decorated with a bright living and dining area and kitchen. The living area consists of a luxury and bright corner sofa with coffee table. For your entertainment there is TV, DVD and Wifi internet. Veranda doors are allowing a view to the beautiful garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, i.a. with dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has a nice table what sits 8 persons.
There are 3 bedrooms, two are furnished with double beds and one with 2 single beds. The master bedroom enjoys en-suite facilities, the other two bedrooms share a family bath. Furnishing is of very good quality and everything is nicely decorated. Bedrooms and living area are equipped with air-conditioning (optional, extra charge).
Outside is a furnished terrace and around the private pool are sun beds and umbrellas. The pool has a size of 4 x 8 m and a depth of 0,90 – 1.60 m, furthermore it has a small paddling pool.
From the ground floor you have a nice view over the well landscaped garden and some side sea views, but the highlight is a shady roof top terrace with a wonderful view to the sea.
The location of the villa is very good, everything is in walking distance and guests do not depend on a car or bus.
