Description
This wonderful second floor, one bedroom apartments is situated in the outskirts of the village Kissonerga and offers a fantastic view over the fields to the nearby sea. It is quality furnished and nicely decorated and belongs to a quiet complex with communal pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. A small bay is just 7 walking minutes, same distance to a bus station what connects Coral Bay with Paphos. Also a few restaurants and shops are in walking distance and guests do not depend on car hire.
There is an open plan living area with kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine. The dining area consists of a glass topped dining table and 4 chairs, the living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, an arm chair and coffee table. For your entertaining there is a TV with media player what allows to watch internet TV via filmon.tv (internet needs to be booked). As well, there is a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and is nicely decorated, furthermore there is a bathroom. From the living area and from the bedroom you have access to the large, furnished balcony with amazing sea views.

Hundertprozentig ausgestattete Fewo mit allen dazugehörigen Geräten ,wie Kühlschrank,Waschmaschine und Backofen..Erreichbarkeit mittels Aufzug sehr angenehm.Blick aus der unüberdachtenTerasse bis aufs MM einfach überwäl-
tigend.Betreuung und Hilfsbereitschaft durch Frau Fangmeyer sehr angenehm.
Schwierig zu befahrende Parkbucht Nr.20 durch schräg gegenüberliegende
Freitreppe.
