Description
Ta Gusta is an old, restored farm house. Many old elements such as the stone arches and wooden beams on the ceilings can be found throughout the house. The location is also wonderful with a wonderful view over the country.
The stone walls and arches greet you from the entrance. On the right you will find the cozy living room, equipped with sofas, coffee table, cable TV, internet and a fireplace. Opposite you will find the guest toilet and at the end of the hallway the dining area and kitchen. Here are also some comfortable sofas and a dining table. From here, wide glass doors open to the covered veranda. The kitchen is adjoined to the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and another glass door leads to the garden.
A stone staircase leads up to the upper floor, where you can find two of the bedrooms. Both are beautifully spacious and each have a double bed and offer a private bathroom. On the second floor there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units, use is for a fee (coin operated).
In addition to the wonderful old building, the second highlight is the garden area. The pool is a good size and is surrounded by a terrace with sun beds and an umbrella. The garden is wonderfully private and beautifully planted with large palm trees and bushes and there is a great view of the country. There is also a grill and a nice shady dining area.
Gharb is a small, quiet place. There is a supermarket 1 km away and a restaurant 500 m away. The capital Victoria is only 2.5 km away.
