Andri Beach Villa 3 is located at Chania’s south coast. The area is still very quiet and traditional, and there are beautiful, uncrowded beaches.
This Crete holiday home is part of a complex of 3 holiday homes, just 150 meters from a beautiful beach and a tavern. A staircase leads up to the entrance and into the living room with sofas, coffee table, satellite TV, DVD and Wifi internet. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dining table with 6 chairs. At this level there is also a bathroom with washing machine. A staircase leads up to the upper floor, where the two bedrooms are located. One has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is also a separate bathroom and a furnished balcony with a splendid sea view. The house has a separate apartment in the basement (almost pool level), with its own kitchen, living area and two other bedrooms and a bathroom and makes it ideal for family with a family. The house is nice but somewhat simpler furnished and offers air conditioning in all rooms, which is included in the price.
From the living area you have access to a covered porch. This is furnished with garden furniture. The private pool has a size of 9 x 4 m and is 1.70 m deep and surrounded by a lawn with sun loungers and parasols and has a fantastic sea view.
The house is ideal for a quiet holiday at the sea. Right at the beach there is a nice tavern and a small supermarket is just 300 meters away. The village Frangokastello is about 2 km away.
