House Archondia, Kalavasos, Larnaca, Cyprus

Description

House Archondia is situated in the small village Kalavasos, just a few kilometers from Tochni and 7,5 km from the sea. It is one of the larger villages in that area with lots of beautifully restored houses and small alleys.

The traditional house has been perfectly restored and consists of 4 apartments. The apartments are not identically but have individual premises. They have about the same size and furnishing. Each has a living/dining area with kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom and each has an outside terrace or balcony. The apartments are very traditionally furnished, featuring many stonewalls and wooden beams. Rustic and modern features have been perfectly combined. The bathrooms and kitchen are very modern but still in a traditional style. There are lots of old and antique furniture and decoration in the house. The pool is situated above the house and is for sole use for the guests of this house, an outside staircase leads up to it and you will find a wooden deck with sun lounges and umbrellas and a beautiful view across the country.
The apartments are fully air-conditioned and have central heating and Wifi internet.
The house is in a central location in the village, there are a few taverns and some small shops. More choice you will find in the nearby village of Tochni or at the fishing harbor Zygi.
