Cyprus holiday villa Akakia is located on the outskirts of Peyia, near the famous Coral Bay beaches. The house is part of a beautiful complex of traditional sandstone houses, with its dark wooden furniture and beams reflecting the traditional style without sacrificing comfort.

The bungalow on the ground floor has an open plan living / dining area with kitchen. In the living area sofas and a coffee table are available and there is TV, DVD, Wifi and also a Playstation 2 (please bring your own games).
The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher and washing machine. Kitchen and dining area are done in dark wood. There are 2 bedrooms with own bathrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The double room has direct access to the pool area. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, which are included in the price.

Outside there is a covered terrace, here are more garden furniture available, there is a barbecue and in addition a Jacuzzi. The private pool is surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool area is very well grown in with bushes and trees and offers good privacy. An outside staircase leads to the roof terrace, where you can enjoy a beautiful sea view.
The tourist area of Coral Bay with a wide variety of restaurants and shops is about 2 km away, the Coral Bay beach is another 800 m, and the village center of Peyia is about 2 km away.
