The newly built villa Ayia Marina is located just outside the village of Kathikas in a wonderful rural and very quiet environment. The village center of Kathikas with some taverns and a small supermarket is about 1.5 km away.
The house is very modern and with high quality furnishings and a lot of work was been invested in the "used-look", you will find in the villa concrete ceilings and shelves, high-quality floor tiles in used-look and some antique lights and decoration, all in conjunction with quality furniture, a nice kitchen and stylish bathrooms. From the entrance you enter the open living / dining area. In the living area you will find high-quality leather sofas and an open fireplace, this also was converted into an old look style. There are also TV, Apple TV, DVD and Wifi Internet.
The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped and there is a large dining table that seats up to 6 people.
A corridor leads to the beautifully decorated bedrooms, the master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the other two each with 2 single beds, there are also two high-quality bathrooms. The bedrooms all enjoy a beautiful view over the countryside to the sea.
Already from the living area you can enjoy the beautiful view, French doors are opening to the terrace, which are furnished with comfortable wicker furniture and the glass railing allows an unobstructed view over the land and the sea. Next to the house you will find the private pool, an integrated bench invites you to relax. Again, the glass railing provides a wonderful view. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas and a covered area is furnished with a dining table and chairs and there is also a nice outdoor barbecue.
The property is quite large and planted with various trees and shrubs and decorated with various objects. Only a small, hardly used road leads in front of the house to the surrounding fields.
A pretty, stylish house in a rural setting, ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility. Kathikas is a pretty place, nicely restored and offers some good taverns.
The beaches in Coral Bay and those in Latchi are both about 17 km away.
