This holiday villa is located in the well-known Queen Paradise complex in Coral Bay. The location is excellent, it is only a few minutes' walk from the taverns, cafes and pubs in Coral Bay and the Coral Bay beach is also within walking distance. You will find good bus connections from here to Paphos therefore a rental car is non-essential.

The property is surrounded by a high hedge and the garden is nicely planted with flowers and bushes and palm trees. The entrance leads to the open living / dining area with kitchen. The kitchen is bright and well equipped, includes a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a modern dining area with 6 chairs and a living area with comfortable sofas, coffee table, satellite TV, DVD and WiFi internet. One of the bedrooms with its own bathroom and furnished with two single beds is located on the ground floor and there is also a guest toilet. A staircase leads up to the upper floor, here you will find two further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have access to a furnished balcony with a view of the sea. All rooms are newly furnished and are equipped with air conditioning units.

From the living area you have access to the covered terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs. From here you get to the private pool, which is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There is also a built-in grill. The beach is just 700 meters away, shops and restaurants are 150 meters, Paphos Port is 15 km and Paphos Airport is 27 km away.
