#262. stunning views

Our family of 5 had a lovely week staying at this beautiful villa. The villa itself is clean, spacious and well equipped. As for location, you couldn’t ask for a better spot. So peaceful and yet plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Best of all is the stunning views, you are literally 20m from the sea which looks and sounds amazing, and when the sun sets it is breathtaking - we looked forward to our sundowners on the veranda every evening before going out to dine. Special mention to the owner Yiannis: really friendly, helpful and speaks great English. He will be in touch before you arrive, welcome you upon arrival, and lives close by so you are only one WhatsApp away from any help if needed or have a question. The villa is only 15 minutes from Paphos town which is well worth a visit, 5 minutes to the Coral beach, 10 minutes to the Adonis waterfalls, or 40 minutes to Laatchi Harbour where you hire a speed boat to the blue lagoon etc.

#261. Villa with stunnig seafront views

Villa is right on the sea front, so we had stunning seafront views, every evening watching amazing sunsets from the terrace. Villa is very spacious, with beautiful design; outdoor living space is nice. Beach in front of the villa is rocky but is still possible to find the easy entrance to the water. We enjoyed snorkelling there, with plenty of fishes (including moray eel). Sandy beach is 10 minutes’ walk away. Pool was already a bit cold for us, anyway we preferred sea. Several nice restaurants, cafes and shops in a walking distance. If you do not have a car, the bus station is just 500 m away. Thanks to the villa’s location, it was easy to discover western part of Cyprus (Paphos and Kouklia Archaeological Sites, Akama National Park, wineries around Omodos, Olympos Mt.). The owner Yiannis is a wonderful host, always available, if you need help or assistance. Peaceful environment, even though there is a construction behind the villa, we rarely heard anything. We absolutely enjoyed our one week stay there, and we would love to come again.

#247. Amazing place

This place is amazing. Right on the sea and well laid out for family gatherings. It also feels private and secluded. The view from the master deck is perfect for morning coffee. Sigrid and Yiannis were incredibly responsive if anything was needed. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

#246. relaxing holiday

This villa was just what my friend and I needed to relax, enjoy some winter sun and take in the gorgeous surroundings. There are some local shops and restaurants within walking distance and a bus that takes you to the lovely Coral Bay area for just a couple of Euros. We did hire a car later in the week to explore Paphos as driving there is easy and fairly cheap.

#245. Beautiful setting

Absolutely beautiful setting. We had a lovely 2 weeks at the villa with our own gardens, pool and right beside the sea. Glorious sunsets every night as we sat outside eating dinner. Air conditioning worked wonderfully (thank goodness) and all required amenities were there to be used. Only downside was the walk to the bus stop. Not far in UK weather but challenging for us in the Cyprus summer heat. All in all though, a magical holiday was had by everyone and we would love to come again.

#244. schöne Lage

Die Villa ist sehr schön und befindet sich in einer wirklich schönen Lage, nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt mit dem Rauschen der Wellen, einer angenehmen Brise und spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen. Ziemlich abgelegen und bietet viel Privatsphäre. In der Nähe des Flughafens, von Supermärkten, Restaurants und Badestränden. Es hat viel Ruhe und Entspannung. Der Besitzer der Unterkunft ist sehr nett, gibt eine sehr persönliche und warme Einstellung und wird sofort auf jede Frage oder Fehlfunktion antworten. Er bereitete viele und hilfreiche Zutaten für uns mit bueno (Willkommenspaket) zu, ein sehr angenehmer Empfang. Ein wunderbarer Ort für einen Urlaub und wir werden sicherlich in diese Villa zurückkehren. Rachel und Pinchas

#235. traumhaft

Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft.
Die drei Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer sind schön.
Insgesamt kann ich das Haus sehr gut für 6 Erwachsene weiter empfehlen.

#163. Daumen Hoch !!!

Tolles Haus mit super Blick und schönem Pool, wer mal abschalten möchte ist hier definitiv gut aufgehoben ! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

#127. Schöne Villa in herrlicher Lage

Wir verbrachten 2 1/2 Wochen in der geräumigen und gut eingerichteten Villa. Die Terrasse ist groß und bietet ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer, fantastisch auch die Terrasse im Obergeschoss. Auf dem Grundstück ist viel Platz und der Pool wat top.
In der Zeit wurden im Haus 1x Bettwäsche und Handtücher getauscht und der Boden grob gereinigt. In der Küche finden sich alle Geräte die man benötigt, wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte.
Negativ zu bemerken ist, dass sich die Außenbeleuchtung an der Haustür nicht einschalten ließ und die restliche Außenbeleuchtung erst 1 Stunde nach Anbruch der Dunkelheit an ging. Das Aufschließen der Haustür wurde wenn wir vom Essen kamen zu einer echten Herausforderung.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und haben die Villa auch Freunden empfohlen.

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Die Zeitschaltuhr für die Außenbeleuchtung wurde geändert.

#105. Tolles Haus und super Lage

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten und traumhaften Blick über das Meer. Alles hat super geklappt, Frau Fangmeyer war am ersten Tag vor Ort und hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben.
